This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of business development for the firm's highly regarded Debt Finance, Structured Finance, and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) practices across the Americas. The role supports these practices—from transactional finance to FIG regulatory matters—as well as related client industry groups such as Digital Assets and Capital Solutions & Private Credit, and collaborates closely with lawyers and Business Development colleagues across offices and regions. The successful candidate will be interested in developing a strong understanding of the substance and needs of each practice, building trusted relationships, and juggling competing demands—including occasional work outside traditional business hours—while supporting experience management, pitching, profile-raising, and client targeting efforts.
