DH Pace Company, Inc., will hire an experienced Business Development Manager to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercia l line of business in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Specialty Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Operators, and Electronic Hardware. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of entry doors and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
  • Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
