Job Description


The Company


We are a premier AI technology company specializing in digital identity (eKYC) and enterprise AI solutions. We are moving fast, our tech is proprietary, and we are looking for a
pure-play Hunter

to break into new territories.


This is
not

an Account Management role. We have a dedicated farming team. We need the person who kicks down the door, navigates the C-Suite, explains the tech, and closes the deal.


The Mission (What you will do)


  • Hunt from Scratch:

    Your pipeline is yours to build. You will identify and convert white-space opportunities in the
    FSI, Telco, Fintech, and Insurance

    sectors.


  • Sell Complex Tech:

    You won’t just sell a "box." You will sell solutions involving
    SaaS, On-Premise deployments, and SDK integrations

    . You need to articulate
    how

    our tech fits their infrastructure.


  • Navigate Long Cycles:

    You are comfortable managing high-value deal cycles (6-12 months), from signing NDAs and running live demos to commercial negotiation.


  • Collaborate to Close:

    Work directly with our Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions for client tenders.


Requirements


The Profile (Who you are)


  • The Track Record:

    5-10 years in B2B Tech/Solution Sales. You can prove you have hit targets in a "hunting" capacity.


  • The Tech Fluency:

    You aren't an engineer, but you know the difference between
    SaaS and On-Premise

    , and you understand what an
    SDK

    or
    API

    does. You can hold your own in a room with a CTO.


  • The Strategist:

    You don't just "hope" for sales. You have a structured methodology for lead generation and pipeline management.


  • The Closer:

    You have experience closing deals with large enterprises (Banks, Gov, Telcos) and are comfortable with upfront license fee models.


  • Language Skills:

    Proficiency in
    English and Mandarin

    is required to effectively manage negotiations with key stakeholders in our specific market segments.
