BestLogic Staffing is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative – Staffing to help expand our client base and build long-term partnerships with companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• 
  Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
• 
  Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and company executives
• 
  Present staffing and recruiting solutions to prospective clients
• 
  Schedule meetings and sales presentations with decision-makers
• 
  Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
• 
  Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements
• 
  Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• 
  Track activity and sales progress through CRM systems
• 
  Stay informed about hiring trends and local market opportunities

Qualifications

• 
  Previous sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience preferred
• 
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• 
  Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• 
  Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new accounts
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• 
  Strong networking and negotiation skills
• 
  Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus
