Our prospecting teams leverage cutting-edge technology to identify the right target audiences, allowing our trained Business Development Representatives to advance opportunities down the pipeline using proprietary strategies. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada, as long as you have reliable internet access. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country.

The Opportunity
We are building a world-class Business Development Team to support our diverse client portfolio. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and scheduling new customer demos or meetings, enabling our clients' sales teams to close deals effectively.

Interview Process Initial Phone Call We'll start with a friendly phone interview to get to know you better. Quick Skills Assessment Next, you'll complete a brief skills assessment. Video Interview Successful candidates will be invited for a video interview with our hiring team. Cold Call Test Finally, you'll get the chance to participate in a cold call test to showcase your sales skills. 3. Training and Onboarding You'll receive comprehensive training to help you shine in your new role. We're here to support you every step of the way! 4. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary package, with a base pay range of 40,000 to 60,000 CAD and an additional 10,000 to 20,000 CAD in commissions, plus great benefits!

  • Source and qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for our clients’ Account Executives via communications
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure client revenue objectives are met
  • Empower and assist leading fast-growth companies with Business Development Intelligence
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our system, sales industry trends, and competition

What You Bring To The Table

  • Post secondary education
  • Passion for innovation/technology and possess a high level of integrity
  • Strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach
