About this opportunity

As a BDR at AutogenAI, you'll be joining the US commercial team at the point where our fastest growth is happening. You'll have direct exposure to experienced sales leaders, work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives and our product team and own the first conversation with some of the largest contractors in the country.

We're looking for people with the potential to become exceptional sellers. You'll be articulate, commercially curious, quick to learn, and comfortable starting conversations with people you don't know. You'll ask good questions, take feedback well, and be willing to keep going when the first answer is no. An interest in AI and curiosity about how the federal government buys will give you plenty to get stuck into.

📍 This role is hybrid with the expectation of 3 days per week in our buzzing Midtown NYC office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive outreach: Craft thoughtful, research outreach that opens doors with capture directors, proposal managers, BD leaders, and growth executives at federal contractors across the US.
• Qualify opportunities: Ask sharp questions, listen actively, and assess whether our solution is the right fit.
• Research and analyse: Dive deep into market trends and accounts and contribute what you learn back into our go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate and learn: Partner with experienced Account Executives and Sales Leaders, constantly improving through feedback and iteration.
• Represent AutogenAI: Be a credible, passionate voice for our brand, whether over email, phone, LinkedIn, or in person.
• Track your impact: Measure, reflect on, and share what’s working, and contribute to improving how we do things.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $60,000 basic salary (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission (~$95,000 OTE)
• Stock Options: Meaningful equity in the company.
