Are you an experienced business development professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities with large organizations?
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our continued growth. In this role, you'll engage with enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies across the United States, identify new business opportunities, and create meaningful conversations that drive revenue growth.

You'll gain exposure to enterprise sales, work directly with senior decision-makers, and have a clear path for advancement within a rapidly growing organization.
Generate qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the sales team
Schedule meetings and discovery conversations with enterprise decision-makers
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing-generated leads
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes
Clearly communicate our value proposition and align solutions to customer challenges
Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture future opportunities
Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM
Consistently achieve outreach, lead generation, and meeting-setting goals
2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting
Proven experience prospecting and cold calling into the US market
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Confidence engaging with senior-level decision-makers
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn, prospecting tools, and online research platforms
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
Consistently generating qualified opportunities for the sales team
Building a healthy pipeline of enterprise prospects
Exceeding outreach and meeting-generation targets
Maintaining high-quality CRM data and activity tracking
Contributing to overall revenue growth and sales performance
