As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in building the early stages of our sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, engaging prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for our global sales team.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing Your mission will be to combine inbound lead management with targeted outbound outreach across priority market segments, translating marketing interest into meaningful sales conversations. You will engage prospects through multichannel campaigns, follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and events, and schedule discovery calls that move opportunities forward.
Success in this role requires both a sales-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of modern marketing-driven prospecting You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams and use modern prospecting tools and automation to continuously refine our outreach strategies and improve the effectiveness of HID’s go-to-market efforts.
