We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team as a Growth Specialist for specific Lucid Private Offices locations. In this role, you will be the primary engine for outbound lead generation and market awareness. You will be assigned to specific Lucid locations for 90-day cycles with a clear goal: drive high-intent prospects to that location in an effort to increase the occupancy.
Working in tandem with our onsite Sales Consultants—who handle inbound leads and tours—your focus will be entirely on "boots on the ground" outreach and digital prospecting to maximize the visibility and occupancy of your assigned location.
