Job Description

EazyStock is a “startup” within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization. Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises (e.g. Manitowoc, Mazda, DTNA and JCB), EazyStock work with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant inventory.

We at EazyStock are an entrepreneurial and international team operating in Europe, Asia and the USA, developing and selling the best cloud-based inventory optimization software solution on the market. Nevertheless, we know that we can only help SMB’s if they know about EazyStock, and how this best-in-class solution will improve their customer satisfaction, increase their profits and reduce their inventory investment!

About the role

As a BDR at EazyStock you will work closely with the regional team to promote EazyStock in strategically identified communities. You will be an evangelist for EazyStock, both on and offline, championing the awesome power of our solution to revolutionise SMB stock holding businesses. You will work closely with the regional Marketing Manager, focusing on in target communities and in-target prospects to generate a solid pipeline of sales opportunities. You will also work closely with our Channel Managers to support with Partner business development. You will then, in collaboration with the regional Customer Success Management team, support with bringing these prospects from opportunity stage to customer.

What would you do?

  • Support with the regional go-to-market strategy – help execute the regional go-to-market strategy with support of the local EazyStock Regional Marketing Manager, Customer Success Management team and EazyStock Senior Leadership.

  • Become a regional EazyStock brand ambassador- personally and professionally represent the EazyStock brand in relevant channels to drive business growth, including – on social media, amongst potential prospects, within industry bodies, at networking events, within professional societies etc.

  • Account-based sales - work with the local Marketing manager to create and prioritise strategic target account lists within your defined territory. You will then be responsible for targeting those accounts and getting that all important first meeting! You will identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel market growth.

  • Outbound lead generation - You will work with the UK Marketing Manager to plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns. You will engage in all steps of the sales cycle to ensure smooth pipeline progression to maximise results

  • Become a “Social Selling Sensei” - Develop your professional brand and engage with your prospects via social media to build trusted relationships, providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests.

  • Smash your targets - Deliver and exceed strategic goals by delivering a quality pipeline of sales opportunities.

Who you are? / What we expect:

  • 3+ years of proven business development success in a target driven environment, ideally in SaaS / cloud software.

  • Strong prospecting skills and a proven ability to “think outside the box”, generating business in new and innovative ways.

  • Proven experience with social media and social selling, particularly LinkedIn.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.

  • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and ambitious. To succeed at EazyStock, you must be highly resourceful with a keen sense of urgency and drive. You must be driven from within and not wait for others to put processes in place to support you.

The icing on the cake:

  • Previous experience in supply chain or knowledge of supply chain planning, fundamentals and concept.

  • Proficiency with salesforce

  • Understanding of marketing and how it can support business development, as well as demonstrable experience of working closely with marketing to achieve new pipeline creation targets.
