Business Development Representative – Commercial Concrete Restoration

Hialeah, FL | Full-Time | Office & Field-Based | Miami-Dade and Broward Counties

An established Florida General Contractor with more than 30 years of experience is hiring a Business Development Representative for its Commercial Restoration Division, specializing in large-scale concrete and stucco restoration projects.

This is a relationship-building and opportunity-development role—not a traditional closing-focused sales position. You will develop new and existing accounts, promote the company’s restoration services, identify upcoming projects, conduct preliminary site visits, and gather the information needed for the estimating team to prepare a bid.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers, condominium associations, engineers, building owners, and other potential clients.

• Develop new accounts while maintaining regular contact with existing clients and referral sources.

• Generate opportunities through networking, email campaigns, social media, presentations, calls, and in-person outreach.

• Schedule client meetings, property visits, lunches, presentations, and follow-up activities.

• Visit properties and job sites to identify potential concrete and stucco restoration needs.

• Collect project details, photographs, documents, plans, contacts, timelines, and preliminary scope information.

• Prepare organized opportunity packages and coordinate the handoff to the estimating team.

• Track prospects, follow-ups, site visits, bid opportunities, and account activity.

• Maintain accurate contact lists, CRM records, email campaigns, and business-development reports.

• Independently manage the administrative and scheduling responsibilities associated with the territory.

• Represent the company professionally throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial concrete and stucco restoration.

• Ability to walk a property or job site, recognize potential restoration needs, and gather useful information for estimating.

• Business development, account management, construction sales, property management, or client-relations experience preferred.

• Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital file management.

• Experience with email marketing, social media, contact databases, or digital outreach is preferred.

• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage outreach, appointments, follow-ups, and administrative work independently.

• Ability to travel regularly throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
