Join us in accelerating the growth of our Maintenance Software (CMMS) and play a key role in building a scalable and high-performing sales pipeline. As part of a fast-growing product within osapiens, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, identifying and engaging future maintenance leaders across Europe.

You will help shape the first touchpoint of our customers’ journey — connecting with production and maintenance teams, understanding their operational challenges, and positioning our solution as the foundation for smarter, more efficient maintenance processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement outbound and inbound prospecting strategies to promote osapiens CMMS solutions, unlocking new Annual Subscription Value (ASV) opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from osapiens-cmms.com and ensure fast, professional, and personalized engagement.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through research in target industries, production environments, and maintenance-driven organizations.
  • Generate leads via industry events, online channels, social selling, and professional networks.
  • Reach out at the right time and through the right channels to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality follow-ups to nurture interest and build early-stage relationships.
  • Qualify opportunities thoroughly and collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth and high-quality lead handovers.
  • Contribute to optimizing outreach processes, workflows, and sales development playbooks.

Your Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation in a B2B & SaaS environment - exposure to Maintenance, industrial, or service-related environments is an advantage.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and meticulous attention to detail in all follow-up communications.
  • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, always striving to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Possess a growth-oriented mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Work autonomously and take initiative to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
  • Maintain a target-driven attitude, persevering through challenges and setbacks to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level) is required. Dutch or French for the BeNeLux Market or Spanish is strong plus.
