Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with some prior experience in sales, lead generation, or outreach. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to support the growth of our sales pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to take the next step in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Initiate conversations and nurture early-stage leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
  • Track all outreach activities and leads in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of experience in a sales, outreach, or business development role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Self-starter who is organized, motivated, and goal-oriented
