About the Role:

We’re seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a high-growth team in the Commercial Insurance sector. Your primary responsibility will be to set up qualified meetings for the Account team by targeting key decision-makers such as CEOs and CFOs in mid-sized to enterprise-level businesses. This is a phone-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on proactive outreach and strategic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and book meetings for the Account team
  • Use provided tools and marketing materials to target and engage commercial accounts
  • Leverage Commercial Lists to identify and approach high-value prospects (e.g., CEOs, CFOs)
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-up using CRM and sales platforms
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership
  • Contribute to the team’s continued growth in sectors such as Healthcare, Construction, Real Estate, and Manufacturing
