Position Information

Status: Full-Time

Days: Mon - Fri

Time: 9 am - 5:30 pm

Compensation: $40,000 - 60,000 per year

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities for Imperiall by building and managing outbound prospecting efforts.

This is an office-based position focused on:

• Cold calling

• Cold email outreach

• CRM organization

• Lead research

• Appointment setting

• Marketing campaign coordination

You will not close deals in the field — your mission is to create qualified appointments for our Field Sales Representative.

We need someone proactive, organized, persistent, and confident on the phone. Someone who is not afraid to talk to strangers and who understands that consistency creates results.

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO WORK HERE:

Communication Skills – You must feel comfortable speaking to strangers on the phone daily.

CRM Skills – Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred. You must know how to organize, track, and manage leads properly.

Prospecting Skills – Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and build segmented lists.

Cold Calling Confidence – High-volume outbound calling is part of this role.

Email Campaign Management – Organizing and executing structured outreach sequences.

Organization & Attention to Detail – Every lead must be properly documented and followed up.

Professionalism – You will represent Imperiall to facility managers, office managers, and other representatives.

Resilience – Rejection is part of the process. Consistency wins.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

Prospecting & Outreach

• Build and update prospect lists (offices, medical clinics, retail stores, industrial facilities, property managers)

• Identify decision-makers using LinkedIn, databases, and research tools

• Execute daily cold calls

• Send structured cold email sequences

• Follow up consistently with prospects

Appointment Setting

• Qualify potential clients (size, current cleaning provider, contract cycle, decision-making process)

• Book walkthrough appointments for the Field Sales Representative

• Confirm and remind prospects before appointments

• Track show rates and improve confirmation systems

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Manage and update HubSpot daily

• Organize leads by stage and segment

• Track outreach activity

• Maintain clean and accurate records

• Ensure no lead is forgotten

Campaign Coordination

• Plan and organize monthly outbound campaigns

• Segment lists strategically

• Monitor email open and response rates

• Suggest improvements based on data

• Assist in coordinating marketing initiatives aligned with business development goals
