Job Description

What is Being Offered:

  • Flexible compensation, base + bonus + uncapped commission (OTE $150K-$200K+)

What The Position is About:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on property managers, HOAs, developers, and community leaders within the territory
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Represent and promote the company by participating in professional industry associations and attending industry events
  • Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the roofing or similar industry
  • Hunter-mentality with the proven ability to grow a new territory
  • Tech savvy (CRMs, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
