Job Description

Position Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an outbound, field-based sales generator responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for ATI. As ATI's "front-line" market presence, the BDR prioritizes their time in the field performing structured outreach--new introductions, canvassing property portfolios, hosting check-ins, and setting qualified meetings for Project Directors and other sales leaders. BDRs drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth, build brand visibility, and enhance ATI's presence in assigned territories.
