A fast-growing B2B SaaS company (~$3M ARR, team of ~18) building AI tools for K-12 education, now moving upmarket and expanding into new markets.

The Opportunity

Our partner is hiring a high-energy BDR to drive top-of-funnel through high-volume outbound cold calling. This is a startup seat with real autonomy and no hand-holding — you'll watch live calls, then run your own, and move fast in an unstructured, high-growth environment. It's an urgent hire with real momentum behind it.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume outbound cold calling throughout the day
• Book qualified meetings to feed active sales cycles
• Operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
• Iterate quickly on messaging and approach

Requirements

• At least 1 year of full-time work experience (recent grads with a year of experience welcome)
• Grit, charisma, and the intelligence to hold your own with sharp, experienced people
• Sales or sales-adjacent experience preferred but not required
• Startup experience a strong plus
• A clear growth trajectory (career BDRs without upward progression are not a fit)
• Able to work onsite in New York City, 5 days a week
