The Role
As our Business Development Representative, you will be a driving force behind our growth — identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building lasting relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, and homeowners across our three territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media
- Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
- Educate prospective clients on the value of our restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs
- Partner with our marketing team to create and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns
- Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to present customized restoration solutions
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity and follow-ups in our CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to project execution
- Monitor customer satisfaction through follow-up calls, visits, and satisfaction survey reviews
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally in restoration, insurance, or a related industry
- Solid understanding of the restoration industry — its key players, trends, and challenges
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust
- Confidence setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes, and community events
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
- The ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
