We are looking for a Business Development Rep to join our team in Calgary.
The Business Development Representative is an integral part of the sales, service and delivery team. The right candidate brings a high level of energy and creativity mixed with passion for building strong relationships with new customers.
Responsible for developing new beverage business accounts within Calgary and the surrounding areas, the BDR will:
Total Rewards:
CAD $54,400.00 - $66,000.00 / year base plus commission.
This is a commission-eligible role. In addition to base salary, employees may earn variable commission based on gross profit generated from new business, under the applicable commission plan. Commission earnings are performance-based and paid periodically. Total compensation may vary.
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.
