Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at Siteimprove play an important role in supporting our Sales organization and helping build a strong pipeline of new opportunities. As one of the first points of contact for many prospective customers, BDRs help introduce Siteimprove and begin meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Siteimprove is a global SaaS company focused on digital accessibility, content optimization, SEO/AIO, analytics, and web governance—helping organizations deliver more inclusive and effective digital experiences. With the launch of Siteimprove.ai, our Agentic Content Intelligence Platform, we are continuing to evolve how customers connect content performance and compliance with actionable insights across their digital presence.
In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across a range of industries. You will engage with stakeholders in digital, marketing, IT, accessibility, and business teams to understand their priorities and explore how Siteimprove may support their goals. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop pipeline, advance opportunities, and support the sales process.
This is a role for individuals who are curious, motivated by learning, and interested in building relationships in a SaaS environment. It offers exposure to complex organizations and the opportunity to develop strong sales fundamentals through hands-on experience.

What you will be doing
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for prospective customers, taking time to understand their business challenges and connect them to relevant Siteimprove solutions
- Engage prospects through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and research-driven targeting) to generate qualified pipeline opportunities
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to uncover pain points and business priorities, and clearly articulate these to Account Executives
- Develop a strong understanding of Siteimprove’s platform—including accessibility, SEO/AIO, analytics, and content optimization—and confidently communicate value across use cases
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities through the pipeline and support a high-quality, enterprise sales motion
- Leverage data, intent signals, and prospecting tools to identify and prioritize the right accounts and opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline goals while delivering a high-quality experience for every prospect interaction
- Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable outbound and inbound qualification process that improves team efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching, continuously developing your skills in SaaS sales, discovery, and objection handling
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute ideas to improve how we engage the market
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion quality
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required
- Open to candidates with internships, co-op programs, or 0–2 years of professional experience
- Backgrounds in sales, business development, customer success, marketing, recruitment, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles are highly valued
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments requiring communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
- Strong preference for individuals who have developed resilience, curiosity, and goal-oriented performance habits early in their careers
- SaaS, digital marketing, or technology exposure is a plus, but not required
- We prioritize skills and potential over linear career paths or traditional experience alone
