What We Offer:
· $16.00/hour starting pay with additional appointment bonuses
· Flexible between 8am-5pm
· Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week
· Daytime hours only – no evenings or weekends
· Supportive, professional office environment
What You'll Do:
· Call local business leads within our service area
· Build rapport quickly and naturally — no script required
· Identify needs, explain the basics of our janitorial services, and schedule a meeting with a local sales manager
· Keep detailed records of calls and conversations for follow-up
·Meet weekly appointment goals
