About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR),you’llbe at the front lines of our continued growth.You’llidentify, engage, andqualifynew salesopportunities while serving as a vital partner to our sales and marketing teams. This is a fast-paced, high-reward role where curiosity, resilience, andstrong communicationskills shine.

WhatYou’llDo

• Proactively prospect and engage potential customers using proven outreach strategies

Identifyprospect needs, challenges, and goals

• Qualify and route sales-ready opportunities to theappropriate sales representatives

• Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets

• Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives as needed

• Manage time and pipeline effectively in a self-directed environment

What Success Looks Like

• Strong understanding of our nutrition, payments, and e-commerce solutions

• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical software offerings

• Consistent generation of high-quality, qualified sales opportunities

• Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail

• Clear, confident, and professional communication skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales-driven or customer-facing environment

Additional Details

• This position is eligible for remote consideration

• US hourly rate: $21.00 + Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits (final compensation based on location, skills, and experience)
