You will research and qualify new business opportunities and work closely with account teams to uncover additional needs (or “white space”) within our existing client base. This role bridges sales and marketing – meaning you’ll not only generate leads and set up meetings for our sales executives, but also support marketing programs by ensuring the right materials and messages reach our prospects and customers.
A successful BDR at ECI is more than just a strong communicator — they are coachable, curious, and gritty. You’ll need to be eager to learn, open to feedback, and relentless in your pursuit of excellence. Every potential customer interaction is an opportunity – whether it’s a new contact or a long-term client – and you will play a pivotal part in boosting top-line revenue growth and helping expand ECI’s market presence.
