Black & McDonald’s Southern Ontario team is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Black & McDonald is hiring for the East end of Toronto through Durham Region. Reporting to the Facilities Services Sales Manager, the Business Development Representative is responsible for researching potential clients, cold calling, and developing and delivering proposals. While working in a team setting, he/she will be responsible for securing Facilities services agreements including Facility Management, HVAC, Energy, Plumbing and Electrical maintenance & service while honing your sales skills and assisting customers in developing the best possible solution. This position is the driving force for generating new revenue for the region. In addition, this position provides input and participates in the marketing, planning, and technical development of products and services.

The expected salary range for this role is between $75000 - $80000 including car allowance , in addition the position is eligible for incentive plan. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
