At Topsort, the Business Development Representative role is built for someone who thinks like a founder, moves like an athlete, and wants to help build the top of funnel for one of the most technically ambitious products in Retail Media today. Most BDR jobs hand you a script and a quota. We don't.
This is a high-agency role where your output directly shapes company growth. You’ll research markets, identify buying signals, test messaging, learn what resonates, surface insights to Sales and Marketing, and help us turn outbound into a repeatable growth engine.
This is a role for someone early in their sales career who has already shown a pattern of initiative. Maybe you built your own prospecting system, found a creative way into hard-to-reach accounts, ran a side project, used AI to automate research, created your own outreach templates, or taught yourself a market because you wanted to win.
