Together with a team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues, we offer you an exciting position to drive sales of our solutions that gatekeep access and defend secrets when people, applications and systems need to communicate.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build sales pipeline across Singapore and the wider APAC region. In this role, you will engage prospective customers, follow up marketing leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.
You will work closely with our APAC sales, marketing, and technical colleagues to identify opportunities and introduce organizations to solutions that help protect their most critical systems and credentials.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is interested in cybersecurity and wants to build a long-term career in cybersecurity sales.
What you’ll do:
Follow up on leads generated through events, workshops, webinars, and marketing campaigns
Research target organizations and identify potential opportunities where SSH solutions can add value
Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects and understand their security challenges
Schedule discovery calls and demos with Account Executives and Solution Engineers
Maintain accurate activity tracking in our CRM system
Share relevant materials and keep prospects engaged throughout the early sales process
Continuously improve your outreach approach and develop your sales skills
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales development, customer-facing, or inside sales roles. Experience in technology or SaaS is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels
Confidence initiating conversations with new prospects
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable using modern sales tools and CRM systems
Coachable, curious, and eager to learn

Compensation SGD 4,000–5,000 monthly base salary plus performance-based variable compensation.
