Farris Jeep is hiring Business Development Representatives to help manage customer inquiries, generate appointments, and support one of the busiest dealerships in East Tennessee.

This is one of the most important positions in our dealership.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — helping create a great experience, building relationships, and connecting buyers with our sales team.

• Respond to internet and phone leads
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up with customers
• Communicate with the sales team
