As a Business Development Representative at Infobip, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a strong sales pipeline. You will prospect across multiple channels, understand client needs, and position Infobip's value proposition before routing opportunities to the sales team.

This role is a career foundation built on continuous learning, modern sales methodologies, and close collaboration with marketing and sales where performance and adaptability drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use state-of-the-art sales methodology training to engage in one-on-one interactions with prospect customers converting them to quality meetings and sales opportunities
  • Identify customer segment and vertical and/or need early in discussion to route properly to the Sales Team or Inside Sales Hub
  • Use phone, email, social media, and other digital channels to prospect into all account segments
  • Use class leading tools, like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce amongst others
  • Build and maintain extensive knowledge of how Infobip solves business problems
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of potential meetings, and deliver high results against weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets & goals
  • Begin a systematic career path journey where you learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Learn a disciplined, programmatic approach to campaign-based pipeline generation and marketing sales-ready lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams on proven account-based sales methods
  • Use phone, email, social media, and other digital channels to prospect into all account segments
  • Work and qualify inbound Leads when required to do so and if applicable in region
  • Use and maintain the Salesforce for data quality
  • Accept feedback and trainings to keep continuous development with Inside Sales Team Leader and peers

What makes you a strong fit

  • You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfort working with documentation, templates, and structured guidelines
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and support the team where needed
  • Proficiency inEnglish, both written and spoken

Timeline

  • CV screening &Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
  • Start of internship program (July 6th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
  • End of the Internship program (January)
