
We are hiring a Business Development Representative responsible for outbound prospecting and converting engagement into qualified meetings for our Account Executives and Sales Engineers. The BDR operates as an extension of our marketing campaigns and messaging strategy. The core remit of this role is to generate high-quality meetings that convert into real revenue opportunities.

Salary: 60k base with 60k variable. Estimated Year 1 OTE: $75,000 – $95,000

• Basic Life & AD&D: $50,000 policy at no cost to the team member.
• Voluntary Life Insurance: Additional coverage available for team member, spouse, and children.
• Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Voluntary plan paying cash benefits for hospital stays.
• Critical Illness Insurance: Voluntary coverage including hospitalization from infectious diseases.

• 401(k): Nextworld matches up to 4% of gross compensation each pay period. Pre-tax and Roth options available through Fidelity. 2026 IRS limit: $24,500 (plus catch-up contributions for eligible team members).
