Today, we’re more than 1,500 Flatpayers across Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, France, and the UK — and now, we’re launching in the Netherlands!

This is your chance to get in early, help us build the Dutch market from the ground up, and become a key player in our next growth chapter. If you are eager to kick-start your career in sales, or previously worked with inside sales as a inside sales representative, inside sales consultant or tele-sales agent, then this is the perfect job for you! Role:Business Development Representative / Commercieel medewerker binnendienst
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: On-site, 5 days per week
Salary:Guaranteed salary + uncapped commission: OTE - EUR 3.500 - 5.000 per month
(earnings grow directly with your results!)

What you'll do

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to merchants to spark interest in Flatpay
  • Qualify leads and book on-site meetings for Sales Managers
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM; log activities and outcomes meticulously
  • Iterate on outreach scripts and tactics based on results and coaching
  • Provide feedback on merchant responses, competitor insights and pitch success

  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

Background

  • No prior telesales experience required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • 1–2 years in customer-facing roles (retail, restaurants, hospitality, or support) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
