We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representatives to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. In this role, you’ll engage in outbound prospecting, connect with key decision-makers, qualify leads, and showcase our value proposition. • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen’s solutions.• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales.• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a customer service role.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
