Break Into Tech Sales — Work at the Intersection of AI + Revenue (Fully Remote)

SV Academy is hiring future Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join a fully remote, high-growth Employer Partner building in the AI and automation space You’ll get trained, paid, and supported—while working on a product that’s changing how teams operate.

What This Actually Looks Like

  • 2 weeks of free, hands-on sales training
  • Followed by a full-time, paid 12-week remote Residency
  • Real work with a fast-moving, product-led team
  • Ongoing coaching so you can ramp quickly and perform

This isn’t theory. You’ll be in the work, learning how modern sales teams operate—especially in AI-driven companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect into companies using calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across teams
  • Position an AI-driven product in a way that actually resonates
  • Book and qualify meetings for Account Executives
  • Use data and tools to track performance and improve your outreach
  • Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting

What You’ll Learn (Fast)

  • How to sell in a product-led, AI-driven environment
  • How to communicate complex ideas in a simple, compelling way
  • How to handle objections and build credibility early
  • How to use tools like Salesforce, sequencing platforms, and AI-assisted outreach
