As we continue to expand our reach beyond the hospital setting, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate our growth in the non-acute healthcare market


The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities within the non-acute segment, including but not limited to ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, physician practices, long-term care, and specialty clinics. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at prospecting, building relationships, and creating pipeline for field sales partners.

Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, research, and prospect new non-acute healthcare accounts through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social selling, and networking)
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into high-quality sales opportunities
    • Develop a strong understanding of Daniels Health offerings and articulate value propositions tailored to non-acute customers
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Sales Leaders to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems
    • Stay informed on non-acute market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and opportunity generation targets

What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related role (B2B experience preferred)
    • Interest in healthcare, environmental services, or safety-focused solutions
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to prospecting
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
    • Experience selling into non-acute healthcare settings is a plus but not required
    • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred)
