Your Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your goal is simple yet essential: start strategic conversations with the right people. You identify potential clients, open meaningful discussions, and lay the groundwork for future partnerships. You’re the first link in a chain that drives Adzuna’s growth.

3/ Fit Interview with Pierre (Head of Sales): Deep-dive conversation to understand your motivations, working style, and alignment with Adzuna’s culture.
4/ Bar Raiser with Thomas (Chief Commercial Officer): Final interview focused on long-term potential, strategic mindset, and communication excellence.
5/ References Check: Final validation before offer.
