Your Role at PriceShape

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at PriceShape, you’ll be a central part of our Outreach Team – and you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work within a Cluster setup, where multiple BDRs and BDMs join forces with a shared geographic focus. Each Cluster functions as a dedicated commercial unit, where you share responsibility for driving new business, aligning on strategies, and learning from each other’s approaches.

Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify prospects in English-speaking markets. You’ll be the one who sparks the first dialogue, builds relationships, and ensures smooth collaboration with your BDM colleagues. You'll also have the chance to take an active role in client meetings to maintain continuity and strengthen the sales process.

We’re looking for candidates with a solid foundation in outbound B2B sales. Depending on your experience and proven results, your responsibilities, scope, and compensation will be tailored to match your level.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and consistently delivers results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively reach out to English-speaking prospects via structured outreach

  • Collaborate closely with BDRs and BDMs in your Cluster to maximize impact in the markets

  • Identify prospect needs and pains, and communicate PriceShape’s value proposition clearly and effectively

  • Book and prepare high-quality meetings – and, when relevant, take part in them together with your Cluster BDMs

  • Share market insights and best practices across the Cluster to continuously sharpen outreach strategies

  • Contribute to optimizing sales workflows and outreach tactics

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships that support successful sales outcomes

What We’re Looking For

You have experience with outbound B2B sales and a proven ability to generate results. You’ve worked hands-on with building pipeline and booking meetings, and you’re comfortable owning your numbers. For some, this experience comes from a few years in a similar role, while others bring a more extensive track record and deeper commercial expertise.

  • Documented track record of success in outbound B2B sales, preferably within SaaS

  • Self-driven and structured, with a strong sense of ownership over your pipeline and results

  • Competitive, resilient, and energized by reaching and exceeding targets

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging decision-makers

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly

  • Native proficiency in English

  • A true team player who thrives in close collaboration with colleagues and enjoys contributing to shared Cluster goals

  • Coachable, growth-minded, and motivated to become a top performer
