We’re Hiring: Entry-Level Business Development Representative

Location: SERVPRO of Alexandria
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Salary + Commission

SERVPRO of Alexandria is looking for an Entry-Level Business Development Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base. No prior sales experience? What You’ll DoAs an Entry-Level Business Development Representative, you’ll help grow our business by generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting our sales efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning to identify and reach out to potential clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) such as property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial businesses
  • Making calls, sending emails, and scheduling appointments with potential clients
  • Supporting the sales team in follow-ups and client relationship management
  • Representing SERVPRO at local networking events and community outreach opportunities
  • Keeping accurate records of your activities in the CRM
  • Assisting with marketing efforts that support business growth

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Comfort with talking to new people and building relationships
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Work Details

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Local travel for client visits and events may be required
  • Light physical activity (handling materials, attending events)

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
