About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, your main focus will be generating new leads and setting up meetings for the sales team. Youll be essential in building the foundation of our sales pipeline, leveraging your ability to find and connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-potential leads in your assigned market segment.
  • Use cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques to engage with potential clients.
  • Set appointments for the sales team by qualifying leads.
  • Maintain and manage an organized pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM software to track progress.
  • Highly motivated by a commission-based pay structure.
