material handling spans over 50 years which has created expertise in high density storage, narrow-aisle applications,
automation, and systems’ installations. As we continue to increase our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and
driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.
The BDR will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic direction of our automation group. The BDR will work with
our Sales Engineers to create new customers and exceed monthly sales goals from qualified sales opportunities. The BDR will
be cold calling, creating email campaigns, using social media, and networking to generate interest and identify potential
automation prospects. The BDR will gather relevant information about these prospects, such as their needs, challenges, and
buying behaviors, to assist the Sales Engineer with creating a tailored approach. We are seeking a persuasive and
independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong at building relationships, excellent at
hunting/prospecting and natural at problem solving with value added solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Must have (and maintain) a current unrestricted license.
WORK CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position is in an office setting where the noise level is generally quiet to sometimes moderate if working near the shop
area. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; sit, and reach with hands and arms. Employee must have normal
manual dexterity and be able to effectively manipulate keyboard and phone. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
