We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Sales & Business Development Representative to support our sales growth by connecting with customers, qualifying opportunities, and creating strong first impressions.
As the first friendly point of contact, you’ll engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and help move qualified opportunities forward to our Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants their work to directly contribute to business success.
Enjoy talking to people and building rapport quickly
Like sales without aggressive pressure tactics
Have experience in customer service, retail, inside sales, automotive, or RV-related roles
Are comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and tracking leads
Want to grow into a long-term sales or customer-focused career
Connect with interested customers through phone, email, and online inquiries to qualify opportunities
Engage and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support targeted outreach initiatives
Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and opportunities to Sales
Present information about products and services clearly and confidently
Coordinate follow-up meetings and product demonstrations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM
Stay informed on RV products, promotions, and industry trends
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, or a related role
(experience in RV, automotive, or retail is an asset)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
Self-motivation and comfort working toward results
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience using CRM systems or lead management tools (or willingness to learn)
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour + commission
