We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales growth by generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and creating positive first impressions with potential customers.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in identifying prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing relationships that lead to long-term business partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and online channels to generate and qualify leads
Engage and qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support targeted outreach initiatives
Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and opportunities to Sales
Present information about products and services clearly and confidently to potential customers
Support the sales process by coordinating follow-up meetings and product demonstrations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM
Stay informed on RV products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively engage potential buyers
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Customer Service role
(experience in the RV, automotive, or retail industry is an asset)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management tools
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
