Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Abbotsford, BC | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with inbound and warm leads via phone, email, and digital channels

  • Qualify customer needs and book appointments for the Sales Team

  • Build trust and rapport with customers throughout the buying journey

  • Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversion

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support targeted campaigns

  • Share product knowledge and promotions in a clear, engaging way

  • Track activities, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM

  • Stay informed on RV products, features, and customer trends
