Zadania:

  • Koordynowanie oraz wdrażanie projektów obejmujących: wprowadzanie nowych produktów, zmiany opakowań, próby liniowe, zapewnienie materiałów potrzebnych do prób, zarządzanie próbkami, koordynowanie szkoleń i zarządzanie dokumentacją projektową
  • Współpraca z Product Change Managerami i innymi działami, oraz dostarczanie informacji na temat postępów w projektach, identyfikacja ryzyk i przeprowadzanie odpowiednich działań naprawczych
  • Wspieranie członków zespołu projektowego na wszystkich etapach realizacji poprzez jasne komunikowanie celów, harmonogramów oraz wprowadzanych zmian
  • Analiza zdolności zakładu, kontrola wydajności, możliwości i ograniczeń
  • Wprowadzanie optymalizacji w celu obniżenia kosztów w fabryce
  • Wspieranie projektów związanych z wydajnością zakładu/produkcji
  • Przestrzeganie wszystkich instrukcji GMP (Dobrych Praktyk Produkcyjnych), BHP i SSE, obowiązujących w zakładzie

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • 2-3-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku produkcyjnym
  • Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne poparte doświadczeniem pracy w zróżnicowanym zespole
  • Umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań oraz efektywnego zarządzania czasem pracy
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) w mowie i piśmie
  • Samodzielność, elastyczność i wielozadaniowość
