It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
We are looking for a versatile, proactive Business Development & Account Manager Project Intern to join our Paris Key Account team. This isn't just a support role; you will be the right hand of the Head of KA, acting as a critical engine for our French market expansion. You will handle the full cycle: from hunting high-potential sellers to managing their daily operations and driving their GMV growth. Responsibilities:
- Hunting & Pitching (BD): Identify and reach out to high-potential French brands/sellers via multi-channels (LinkedIn, Email, Events). Conduct initial pitches to show them why TikTok Shop is the future of Social Commerce.
- Onboarding & Execution: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process (registration, technical setup, product listing). You are the "problem solver" who ensures a smooth landing for our partners.
- Growth Management (AM): Act as the daily point of contact for onboarded sellers. Analyze their performance data, suggest optimization strategies, and help them scale their GMV.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Governance, Marketing) to resolve seller pain points and ensure operational excellence.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of French E-commerce trends and competitor moves to refine our local pitch.
