Business Development Officer - should be able to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into projects. Someone with both commercial awareness and good communication skills is usually more valuable than someone with a purely sales background.

- Existing network with developers, consultants, architects, investors, or corporate clients is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of generating leads and winning projects.
Preferred Bachelor's Degree:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Property Management (an advantage)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction procurement and tender processes.
- Ability to prepare proposals, capability statements, and client presentations.
- Good written and spoken English and Khmer. Chinese is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Monitor upcoming construction projects and tender opportunities.
- Coordinate with the estimating and technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
- Maintain a database of leads and prepare regular business development reports.
- Achieve agreed lead-generation and project acquisition targets.
