The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging connections to centers of influence. This role requires a high level of business acumen, market insight, and relationship-building expertise to expand our market share in the community.

Compensation and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $69,000 to $104,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in building and leveraging networks to generate business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Ability to always exhibit NBC core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability.
