About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead both
Business Development and Marketing
for our AI-driven Talent Intelligence and Recruitment Automation platform. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in SaaS / HRTech / ATS sales, combined with strong marketing acumen to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and GTM excellence. The Director will own revenue growth, market expansion, and the overall positioning of our AI Talent Solutions across global staffing and enterprise HR ecosystems.
