Job Description

  • To manage a large telesales set‑up comprising Team Leaders and Agents  delivering balance‑building and deal‑led sales revenue. 
  •  To ensure all telesales activities are aligned to achieving revenue, productivity, and portfolio growth targets across multiple COE locations. 
  • To develop and execute telesales strategies focused on balance growth, deal conversion, and cross‑sell while maintaining service quality, governance, and compliance standards. 
  •  To monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve performance to maximize productivity and efficiency from people, systems, and customer bases.
