Business Development Manager - Window Cleaning & Exterior Restoration

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Position:

We are seeking a self-driven, organized, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our 65-year commercial window cleaning business while helping expand into select exterior restoration services, including masonry, concrete, caulking, coatings, and related work. The ideal candidate takes initiative, builds relationships, follows through, and has an established network of potential customers in an adjacent industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new commercial business and build long-term customer relationships
• Identify opportunities for window cleaning and exterior restoration
• Visit properties and complete building takeoffs, photos, and site assessments within a 50-mile radius
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Follow up on opportunities and manage the sales process
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, proposals, and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• B2B sales or business development experience preferred
• Existing customer network in an adjacent industry is a strong plus
• Experience with HOAs, Property Management Companies, General Contractors, commercial property owners, or facility managers is preferred but not required
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Formal sales training is a plus
• Construction, building services, or related industry experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
