As a Regional Business Development Manager – West, you will play a key role in expanding Medeco’s presence across the Western United States by working with ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions sales and other sales resources to develop revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer relationships—helping organizations protect what matters most while driving sustainable, profitable growth.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working as part of a larger team, solving complex business challenges, influencing without direct authority, and building partnerships to bring secure, reliable solutions to market.
Nice to Have:
This role involves significant travel across the Western U.S. (approximately 50–65%), offering the opportunity to build strong in‑person relationships with customers and partners while working remotely when not in the field.
